Account Deletion Request

This page explains how to request deletion of your fit-ai (fitness tracking app) account and its associated data. You can delete your account yourself from within the app, or request deletion by email if you are unable to use the app.

Delete from within the app (recommended)

While signed in to the fit-ai app, you can delete your account with the following steps. Deletion takes effect immediately.

Open "Settings" from the menu at the bottom of the app.
Scroll to the "Data & Account" section.
Tap "Delete account".
Approve the deletion in the confirmation dialog. Your account will be deleted and the records stored on this device will be erased.

Once you confirm, your account on the server is deactivated and the local data on your device (offline cache such as workout records) is fully erased.

If you cannot use the app (request by email)

If you cannot sign in to the app (for example, because you lost your device or uninstalled the app), request deletion by email to our support team. Use the subject "Account deletion request" and include your registered email address in the body so we can verify your identity.

Once we verify your identity, we will delete your account within 5 business days and confirm completion by email.

Data that will be deleted

Deleting your account will remove the following personal data:

Account information: email address, password, and profile details.
Workout records: exercise logs, sets, reps, weights, and training history.
Body & health data: height, weight, body composition, and other health-related data.
Goals: the fitness goals you set and related progress data.
AI chat history: your conversations with the AI coaching feature.
Avatar images: profile photos and other images you uploaded.

Data retention period

When we receive your deletion request, your account is deactivated immediately and can no longer be used to sign in or access the service. Your data is first retained in a soft-deleted state (marked for deletion) and is then promptly erased, including removal from backups. Some records that we are legally required to keep (such as transaction records for tax and accounting purposes) may be retained with restricted access until the retention period required by the applicable law expires, after which they are permanently deleted.
