Roadmap

What you can use today (up to version 2.5 on both iPhone and Android). “Available now” lists only what actually works in the app.

Available Now

Version 2.3

  • Start a workout from your routine with one tap. The rest timer shows your next set, so you can keep going without closing it
  • Talk to the AI coach by topic, and start a suggested workout straight from the chat
  • Weekly streaks — a saved rest week keeps your streak going when you skip one
  • Log meals by name, favorites or barcode, and keep track of your weight and body composition
  • Running — GPS outdoors, a step-based estimate indoors. Apple Watch can track a run on its own
  • On Apple Watch: complete sets, feel a tap when rest ends, and see average and max heart rate. Sync weight and more with Apple Health / Health Connect (optional)

Apple Watch works with iPhone only.

Version 2.4 — polished what's already there

  • Set a rest time for each exercise, and see or reset them all in Settings > Rest timer
  • Record supersets and circuits: go through two or more exercises one set at a time. Choose rests between rounds and between exercises, and save them in routines
  • Tap a set number to mark it as Warm-up, Drop set or To failure
  • Train with Apple Watch and the workout detail shows your heart-rate trend, with a line where each set was finished
  • Analysis Overview is now a single look back. Switch between this week, this month and all time to see sessions and minutes, personal bests, body-part balance and your top exercises
  • The AI coach's first screen now shows one suggested card per topic

The heart-rate trend appears in the workout detail on iPhone when you record with an Apple Watch paired to it.

Version 2.5 — workouts from other apps count too

  • Import workouts of 20 minutes or more that you recorded in other apps from Apple Health on iPhone, and count them toward your workout days and weekly goal (optional, off at first, iPhone only)
  • With importing on, days you walked a lot show on Home and in the heatmap (walking alone doesn't count as a workout day)
  • Analysis on a single page without tabs, with a body map of the muscles you worked

Importing from Apple Health is iPhone only. The body map in Analysis works on both iPhone and Android.
